How you earn

Program overview and earnings.

Year 1

5 to 10%

Of gross revenue from the client in their first year. Exact percentage depends on client size and service selected.

Lifetime

3%

Of gross revenue for as long as they remain a Conceptual HR client, regardless of any change in your relationship with them.

Referral fees are calculated quarterly and paid within 30 days of quarter close. A completed W 9 is required before payment is released.
